RPM EMPIRE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Effective Date: July 20, 2025

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through RPM Empire are final and non-refundable.

Sweepstakes entries are automatically and irrevocably submitted at the time of purchase and cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

All amounts are billed in U.S. dollars (USD).

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or refund request through your payment provider. Unauthorized disputes may result in disqualification from current and future RPM Empire sweepstakes.

Exchanges Are Welcome

We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

To be eligible, returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed and unaltered
• In original condition with tags attached

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, email admin@rpmempire.com within 30 days of your order date.

Please include the following in your message or package:

• Your order number
• A brief note with the desired size, color, or style
• A copy of your invoice or order confirmation
• Your contact information

Exchange Shipping Policy

• You are responsible for return shipping to RPM Empire.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be shipped at no cost to you (if equal or higher value).
• If the new item costs more, we will contact you to pay the difference.
• If the new item costs less, no refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact admin@rpmempire.com within 30 days of delivery.

• We may request clear photos of the issue.
• In most cases, return of the damaged item is not required.
• We will send a corrected replacement item at no cost to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Boxers
• Socks
• Underwear

Condition Inspection

Returned items are subject to inspection. Exchanges will be denied if items are:

• Used, worn, or washed
• Missing original tags
• Outside the 30-day window

Items that fail inspection will be returned to you at your expense with no exchange issued.

Policy Enforcement

RPM Empire reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that violates this policy, is outside the time period, or is deemed fraudulent or abusive in nature.
